2019 will bring the addition of two new District Board members. Bill Pearson and Steve Zoschg were swarn in by County Commissioner, Phil Jones.

Todd Deluccia, District Manager

Todd, a native of Clearfield County, joined the Cameron County Conservation District as the Watershed Specialist in August 2006. Todd attended Clarion University of Pennsylvania, where he received his B.S. in Environmental Biology Freshwater Ecology. Outside of work Todd enjoys anything to do with the outdoors including fishing, hunting, camping and hiking. Todd is a licensed PA fishing guide and owner/guide for Keystone Predator Outfitters.

Jon-Marc Burdick, Watershed Technician

Jon-Marc, a native of Mckean County, joined the Cameron County Conservation District as the Watershed Technician in January 2019.  Jon-Marc attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, where he received his B.S. in Environmental Studies. Prior to the District Jon-Marc worked as a Geo-Technician specializing in petroleum services, asbestos sampling, and spill clean ups. Outside of work Jon-Marc enjoys hunting, trapping, and kayaking.

Jim Zoschg Jr., Conservation Resource Technician

Jim, a native of Cameron County, joined the Conservation District as Resource Technician in September of 2019. Prior to joining the Conservation District, Jim was active in the local conservation community where he had been employed with the Department of Agriculture’s Noxious Weed Program, served as a past chairman of the Bucktail Watershed Association, and championed the start-up of the Sinnemahoning Invasive Plant Management Area. Jim had previously been employed by the Conservation District as the Watershed Specialist from 2004-2006. Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, gardening, and learning about our native plant communities.

Jenn Dixon, Administrative Assistant

Jenn, a native of Cameron County, joined the Cameron County Conservation District as the Administrative Assistant in February 2016. Prior to joining the District Jenn worked in the Industrial Field as a Staff Accountant/Purchasing Agent. Jenn attended DuBois Business College where she received an Associate’s Degree in Business Management/Computer Applications. Outside of the District, Jenn enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
