Todd Deluccia 

District Manager

 

 

Todd, a native to Clearfield County, joined the Cameron County Conservation District as a Watershed Specialist in August 2006, and today is the District Manager.  Todd attended Clarion University of Pennsylvania, where he received his B.S. in Environmental Biology Freshwater Ecology.  Outside of work Todd enjoys anything to do with the outdoors including fishing, hunting, camping and hiking.  Todd is a licensed PA Fishing guide and owner/guide for Keystone Predator Outfitters.

Jim Zoschg Jr.

 Conservation Resource Technician

Jim, a native of Cameron County, joined the Conservation District as a Resource Technician in September of 2019.  Prior to joining the Conservation District, Jim was active in the local conservation community where he had been employed with the Department of Agriculture's Noxious Weed Program, served as a past chairman of the Bucktail Watershed Association, and championed the start-up of the Sinnemahoning Invasive Plant Management Area.  Jim had previously been employed by the Conservation District as the Watershed Specialist from 2004-2006.  Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, gardening and learning about our native plant communities.

Jon-Marc Burdick

 Watershed Technician

Jon-Marc, a native of McKean County, joined the Cameron County Conservation District as a Watershed Technician in January 2019.  Jon-Marc attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, where he received his B.S. in Environmental Studies.  Prior to the District Jon-Marc worked as a Geo-Technician specializing in petroleum services, asbestos sampling, and spill clean ups.  Outside of work Jon-Marc enjoys hunting, trapping and kayaking.

Jennifer Dixon

Administrative Assistant

Jenn, a native to Cameron County, joined the Cameron County Conservation District as the Administrative Assistant in February 2016.  Prior to joining the District Jenn worked in the Industrial Field as a Staff Accountant/Purchasing Agent.  Jenn attended DuBois Business College where she received an Associate's Degree in Business Management/Computer Applications.  Outside of the District, Jenn enjoys coaching volleyball and spending time with her family and friends.

The Cameron County Conservation District would like to welcome Camdyn Allison on board as our summer intern for the 2024 season.
 

My name is Camdyn Allison, I am currently enrolled at Gannon University for Freshwater and Marine Biology. In my free time I like to participate in outdoor recreational activities, hunt, fish, and spend time in nature. I am working for the Cameron County Conservation District as an

intern for the summer in hopes to learn more about our environment and proceed to engage in my outdoor occupation.
